0:24>> That's quite a few of them.
0:27>> That's me.
0:29Yeah,
0:31>> smooth.
0:33>> It's always a lot of
0:37kids that
0:39>> they just decided,
0:41>> man. I don't know. He kind of lost
0:42interest. I don't know.
0:44>> We got to get him back on.
0:45>> But but I we got some talent around
0:48here.
0:49>> We always have talent.
0:52>> But I said even the kids that had a lot
0:54of skills, they just any of them could
0:56have gone.
0:58They just decided they didn't want to at
0:59the last moment, but it wasn't because
1:01of lack of skill.
1:02>> Mhm.
1:03>> We had lots of skill.
1:08>> One, two, three. I don't know. I'm just
1:12existing.
1:17>> Is it is this like the average and then
1:20it goes to here?
1:22>> That's residential on the top line.
1:25>> Yeah. Res.
1:27That's commercial. Commercial. Yes, sir.
1:28>> My glass
1:32>> actually. Why would
1:40>> Because the base rates higher
1:45the per 100 gallons is the same price.
1:48>> So you get charged the same commercial
1:50or residential per 100 gallons. It's the
1:52>> Has the increase from the water initial
1:55>> and sewer have it took effect.
2:02>> Sure tonight, but things are going to
2:05change.
2:11>> There's some wrong
2:17he'll address that when we get to it.
2:19We're not going to be able to do
2:20anything because
2:23I mean,
2:29>> okay, we're ready.
2:34>> Whoa, that was a hard one. Wasn't meant
2:37to be that far. We're now calling our
2:40meeting to

2:44invocation, a pledge.
2:46>> Let us pray. Heavenly Father, we come to

3:33[Music]
3:36>> Once again, we'd like to thank all of
3:37you for coming and attending tonight.
3:39tonight. In case you haven't decided
3:42what it is, this is our city council
3:44meeting.
3:47With that being said, we've already had
3:48our invocation and our pledge. At this
3:50time, we recognize all our visitors. Do
3:52we have anyone that had statement?
3:56Okay.
3:58Oh, you just waving. Okay.
4:02With that being said, there's no
4:04official
4:07Did I miss something? Uh we're brings us
4:10to approval of m minutes. Item number
4:12one.
4:15>> Um
4:17>> I move that uh council accept the
4:19minutes. Um with
4:23>> uh we don't modify. It's either accept
4:25or not accept.
4:26>> Okay. Well,
4:27>> we don't we don't modify it at this
4:28point.
4:28>> Well, I would like
4:30>> you can
4:31>> the correction of my name to be
4:33>> I mean misspelled.
4:35>> Okay. Well, I said we're I mean in terms
4:37of making changes at this point, we
4:39don't we don't
4:42you can approve them.
4:43>> Approve.
4:44>> I see.
4:44>> And then it'll be okay. It's been moved
4:47and second. All in favor? Motion
4:50carries.
4:52I mean, it wasn't a to the minute. Your
4:54name can be corrected.
5:03That was on the correction. Only thing
5:05that's going to be made was miss but it
5:07was probably a typo typo error.
5:10>> Okay.
5:10>> Uh but I that's
5:11>> you talking about on the heading or
5:13>> uh no ma'am. Uh on the on the actual
5:15minutes.
5:16>> Okay.
5:17>> Um so I was just uh bringing it to the
5:19attention of the council. So it probably
5:21was a typo. So how we can progress it?
5:25It's fine with me. I'm okay with that.
5:27>> Thank you.
5:29>> Okay. Okay, with that been covered, uh,
5:30that we'll go to our business. Number
5:32two, consider and approve a reappoint of
5:35members to planning and zoning
5:36commission.
5:38>> Mayor and council, you've got a list of
5:40the planning and zoning commission in
5:43your packet. There are two members that
5:45their terms expire in September. They're
5:49both interested in serving again. Those
5:51are David Tyer and Greg [name].
6:00Did any
6:02other
6:03>> just need a Yes, ma'am. They just need a
6:05motion to approve those two at councils
6:07>> and nobody else applied.
6:08>> No, ma'am.
6:09>> I'll make a motion we approve the two
6:10members reappoint the two members
6:13already.
6:14>> I second the motion.
6:15>> Okay, it's been moved and second. All in
6:17favor?
6:19>> Motion carries. Uh we're at a bring us
6:23to item number three.
6:27Um considering approve an ordinance
6:29amending uh chapter 19 utilities of the
6:32Crockett Code amendment section 1937
6:35increasing the race for rental and
6:37commercial water service amended and
6:40section 1958 increasing the race for the
6:43residential and commercial water service
6:45containing a serability clause
6:47containing a repealing clause and
6:50providing an effective date.
6:53uh what what it is. We won't go through
6:55this one because it's a it's not written
6:59exactly worded as it should have been.
7:02>> Yes, ma'am. Mayor, it came to our
7:03attention just a few minutes ago. If
7:06you'll read it says increase the section
7:091937 is for residential and commercial
7:12water. Then 1958 also says commercial
7:15water, not sewer. It should have been
7:17sewer. And I don't want to take that
7:20forward with a a typo in there to come
7:24back on the city. So
7:25>> if if we was going to increase water,
7:27why would we increase sewer also?
7:30>> Well, water and sewer, they that was and
7:33we can talk about that since it's not
7:35going to be on agenda. We'll talk about
7:37that. But there are some handouts I did
7:40provide for y'all that will talk about
7:42the water and sewer. So when we come
7:43back, you'll have a little more
7:45information. And I'm also going to give
7:47you a copy of the water and sewer budget
7:49tonight, too. So when we come back,
7:50we'll have a little better idea to talk
7:52about it.
7:54>> Okay. So
7:54>> So we're going to table this.
7:56>> Yeah.
7:56>> I would like to Yes, we
7:58>> But but I' I'd like if we if we do
8:03have to
8:05go up on I know they go up on us 2% the
8:09water district
8:11and and if we pass that on, why do we
8:14have to go up on sewer? Okay. As
8:16>> I know it, sorry.
8:17>> Well, since it's not up for discussion
8:20tonight and we're not going to treat it
8:21as an we're going to rewrite it.
8:23>> No, we're we're just going to uh put it
8:26as it would.
8:27>> We're still going to discussion on it so
8:29we can get a
8:32>> we
8:33>> it's not a if it's written incorrectly,
8:36>> it's really not a legal agenda item.
8:38>> It can't be addressed as a agenda.
8:40>> It's on my paper here as agenda. It's
8:42incorrectly
8:42>> but for just the water section, not the
8:44sewer section.
8:45>> Yeah, it's incorrectly written. So,
8:47actually, we can't talk about the
8:49components as a item,
8:52>> but it will be reposted for the 15th
8:54agenda.
8:55>> So, with that being said, we can just
8:57So, we can't discuss the water either.
9:00>> I mean, not as an agenda. It's not an
9:02agenda item.
9:03>> Okay. because it's written as an agenda
9:06item.
9:06>> So with that being said, it will I mean
9:09you're supposed to have it as an agenda
9:11item to discuss it
9:13>> and it so it can't be a open discussion
9:15on it.
9:15>> So with with that being said, I I was
9:17that I was also going to bring uh to his
9:20attention as well that you know the
9:21verbiage on there um
9:23>> Okay. Well, we won't leave it out of
9:25that. So I'll be with you on that.
9:27>> Okay, that'll be fine. Okay. So with
9:29that being said, it brings us to the uh
9:33the executive session item number four,
9:36personnel matters discussion on duties
9:39and responsibility of city
9:40administrator.
9:42At this time we only have two. So we can
9:45go into
9:47want to do it in here.
9:48>> Yes, ma'am.
9:49>> We'll do it in here.
9:51This is not
