Posting times and paperwork — worth a look.
We checked all 34 meetings for posting time, vague agenda wording, closed-session citations, items without packet backup, and minutes. Every agenda checked was posted on time; two had little margin (May 9, 2025 at 72 hours; Jul 21, 2025 at 73 hours). Every closed-session law citation matched.
Worth a look, not a violation. A flag means "check this." It is analysis, not legal advice.
