- Total rate = maintenance and operations (M&O) + debt service (I&S). The split is in the table.
- On Aug. 24, 2026 the City Council adopted a tax year 2026 rate of $0.7668 per $100 by a 3-2 vote (Hicks and Simon voted against), per the council minutes. The no-new-revenue rate was $0.6755 and the voter-approval rate $0.7290, per the FY2027 public hearing notice. The 2026 rate is not plotted yet; the chart uses the Comptroller's reports (tax years 2021-2025). Updated Sept. 27, 2026.
