What this measures

- Figures are actual General Fund revenues and expenditures from each year's audited budget-vs-actual schedule. Transfers between funds are not included.
- FY2018 spending ($6,224,683) ran about $1.4 million past revenue; the audit shows the budget was amended during the year from $5,059,879 to $6,526,178.
- On Aug. 24, 2026 the City Council adopted the FY2027 budget by a 3-2 vote (Hicks and Simon voted against), per the council minutes. The proposed budget set General Fund spending at $8,190,440 (balanced to revenue); the minutes record no amendments. Not plotted until the year is audited. Updated Sept. 27, 2026.
